A Notary Public is an official of integrity appointed by state government —typically by the secretary of state — to serve the public as an impartial witness in performing a variety of official acts related to the signing of important documents. These official acts are called notarization, or notarial acts. Notaries are publicly commissioned.

Primo Notary is not a legal service. If you are not sure what you need, you should consult legal counsel before requesting a notary. We will walk you through the process of notarizing your documents.

There are two primary purposes of a notary public:

• Act as a witness to the signatures placed on a legal document
• Verify the identity of the person who signs the legal document

Primo Notary Services is a mobile service only. I can come to a place of your choosing, either at home, hospital, office, church, coffee shop, etc.
